Performing Arts & Wellbeing Day Opportunity Programme
Thursdays 9.30am - 3.30pm
This weekly programme is open to adults with disabilities who enjoy creative arts.

What's involved?
MUSIC - Multi sensory sessions, instruments, singing
DRAMA - Role play, improvisation, props, expression
DANCE - Different dance genres and movement based story telling
ARTS & CRAFTS - creative and expressive projects
EXTRAS - Sensory experiences, petting farms and more!
SHOWCASES -family & friends invited at the end of each term

Places can be paid privately via monthly standing order or possibly through Self Directed Support (Please check with your Health Trust.) Places on this programme can be purchased at a cost of £72 per day (£12 p/hr)

Participants must be independent in decision making, personal care and safety, however some spaces will be available for those with personal assistants (must meet safeguarding criteria)

Music, singing & wellbeing
These uplifting workshops offer people of all ages and abilities the chance to express themselves through music. Participants can explore rhythm, percussion, instruments, group singing, and movement in a relaxed, inclusive setting.
Designed to boost confidence, connection, and overall wellbeing.
'This Is Me' Community Choir
Wednesdays 2pm - 3.30pm
Dementia friendly, & open to all who wish to sing for health & well-being, our inclusive choir designed for all abilities to enjoy singing and socialising. Light refreshments provided afterwards with time for a chat. The choir performs at events from time to time and is currently involved in a shared island project, with The Forget Me Nots in Dublin. This is a free service. New members welcome - just give us a call or email prior to attending for the first time.

Discover a softly illuminated space, designed specifically for our tiniest party-goers and their caregivers to enjoy a mixture of upbeat dance music, gentle nursery rhymes and interactive sensory play that will help stimulate little minds and create magical bonding moments. Suitable for children aged 0-3yrs​

All Ability Disco Events
An evening of fun, music, dancing, singing and making friends! Our monthly disco events are specially designed for individuals with disabilities, providing a safe and supportive environment where everyone can have a blast together! Dance, sing karaoke, play games and more! Nibbles provided and we often have themed evenings during Christmas, Halloween etc​ providing the opportunity to get all dressed up!​
